Scammers are targeting drivers with fake "E-Zpass Toll Violation Notice" text messages asking for payment of outstanding toll balances. But, E-ZPass will only send violation notices by mail, not text or email. And, they will also never send a text demanding payment, especially from a number starting with +63, an area code from the Phillipines. If you have any questions, call E-ZPass at 1-888-288-6865.
