Emails like these are used to trick potential victims into contacting scammers. The scammers will pretend to be from a so-called B. Raymond Buxton foundation and ask potential victims to send money in order to receive their so-called donation. But, if they do so, they will never receive the so-called donation and they will never get back the money they have sent to the scammers.
