If you look at the product in the image below, you will notice that it does not have the name "Alpha Heater" on it. As a matter of fact, there is no name on the device. I did an image search for the Alpha Heater device in the image below and found out that the same heating device is branded under the name Hotix Pro. That same device does not have the name "PortaHeat" on it.

This will make returning the product and getting a refund difficult. If you want to ensure that you are able to comfortably return a product you have purchased, search reputable online stores for the product, instead of purchasing it from an untrustworthy website or one that you know nothing about.
