It seems the telephone number 833 511 0083 is being used by scammers. Therefore, I recommend that people take precautions if they are asked to call the number, or receive a call or text from it.

Text from PNC BANK to approve/decline a Target charge - appears to be a scam that started with a text to confirm zip code for a UPS shipment ... IGNORE BOTH!
Mine was from PNC Bank security asking about a "fraudulent" charge being made. First thing they ask for is your 9 digit security social number - there wording not mine. HANG UP! NEVER key in your SS # to anyone!
I received an identical message as all the other commenters except mine listed PNC Bank instead of Wells Fargo. Did not respond. Beware….Bad people.
Any call to a number you do not know that starts with "Please key in your SSN" is by definition a scam.
I received a text message asking me to approve/decline a purchase from Target and to call the number listed. I deleted and blocked them.
I received the same type of text asking me to approve/decline a charge at Target by calling the number listed on this thread. I blocked them and deleted it.
Received the same message just today about approving or declining a charge at Target.
I just got a text saying to call that number to approve/decline a Wells Fargo charge at Target but it was weitren scammishly.
also received a text from this number and did not respond
Received this text msg. Reported to Wells Fargo then reporters as Junk and deleted:(Did you attempt $93.29 @ Target #7413? Call:(833) 511 0083 to approve/decline
