If you look at the product in the image below, you will notice that it does not have the name "Toasty Heaters" on it. As a matter of fact, there is no name on the device. I did an image search for the Toasty Heaters device in the image below and found out that the same heating device is branded under the name Hotix Pro. That same device does not have the name "Hotix Pro" on it.

This will make returning the product and getting a refund difficult.
