Is the Trisha Yearwood Le Creuset Giveaway a Scam?

I took part in the Le Creuset Giveaway and got a charge of $8.95 for Allwellhomeaccessories on my card. I called the number on the charge and "Sébastien" said I had paid to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Le Creuset set. I told him the advertisement is a fraud and to cancel my so-called "subscription" unless they wanted me to contact the Federal Trade Commission. He said he couldn't refund the $8.95 but he quickly agreed to cancel and assured me I would not receive any further charges. At least it was a fairly cheap lesson this time.
