Wrapango located at wrapango.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell gadgets, home/garden, skincare, body slimming, oral care and other products. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY BASED IN BULGARIA!Update Sept 21st 2023: They have ZERO interest in making this right. They are based in Bulgaria and are the most ignorant, worthless people on the planet. They do everything possible to scam you with junk products. THEIR RETURN POLICY?!?!!? They are in bulgaria ( I won't capitalize their country because they don't deserve it. I know, I know, it's petty but I feel better) and YOU have to pay shipping to return their junk. AVOID AVOID AVOID.There is nothing they are selling that you can't find somewhere else.This is one of the most despicable companies I have ever dealt with online! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!They have a misleading website that forces you to buy more than you want. I immediately try to cancel, and they say “too bad too late we’re sending it anyway”. I got an email from one of the representatives that says “sorry about that we’d be happy to refund once you get the items”. I try one of the six and it doesn’t work. I don’t even touch the other five. They say sorry you’re not eligible for any refund on anything. I forward them the exact email that one of the representative sent to me and they say “we don’t care”, even though the website says they have the best refund policy out there. Do not order!!! you have been warned!
And what does this say about sites such as trustpilot.com? They loved it.!,,
I am very glad I read this before I placed my order. I have found several similar reports. I guess this is a classic case of “if it’s too good to be true, it probably isn’t“.
This company is a total scam! It will string you along w/conflicting, bogus "tracking" info, & if you're a squeaky wheel, will offer a 20% discount to be allowed to steal the other 80%! Your order will NEVER come! Now after 6 wks, they're offering me a 30% discount on my NEXT order! Riiiiight! Sure, I wanna repeat this ordeal! These are some REALLY ballsy crooks!
I was not able to speak to anyone directly on the number not working junk so far sent I'm wanting full refund .
