Can anyone tell me if KBS Collect or KBS Collection located at kbscollect.com is a scam or a legitimate website? The only information that is available on the website is a telephone number. There is no physical address of the company and I cannot find out who is operating it and from where. I can call the telephone number but I am afraid the person on the other end can tell anything. So, I decided to research the company for myself.

They are back. These scammers are now on their 7th website in over a year. This is a scam phantom debt collection racket. Formerly SMITH GREGORY then ASG RECOVERS then KBS COLLECT then CAROLINA DEBT SOLUTIONS then APEX DEBT SOLUTIONS They are even using the same recycled phone numbers.Do your research. They are fraudsters and scammers. It is hosted by bluehost.com ***for further information research ASG RECOVERS on any scam reporting site they are all part of the SAME SCAM.
I also have been getting calls from this guy. Two numbers are Las Vegas, Nevada numbers,(725)-543-2919 and (725)-257-9676. Also from a Newburg, Maryland number (240)-332-7086. A number from Marco Island, Florida, (239)-338-7108 and they called me a few minutes ago from a Los Angeles, CA number (323)-870-1844.
They are the latest scam debt collection company called APEX DEBT GROUP. The same scam outfit that operated ASG RECOVERS SMITH GREGORY then KBS COLLECT then CAROLINA DEBT SOLUTIONS. Their newest website (apexdebtgroup.com) went up 9/1/22 and of course expires in 23. Website has no physical address and is one of the cookie cutter one all the debt scammers use. Just got a call from them. “Chris williams” said he was a skip tracer. LOL. They are a scam. Since when does a legit company come here to defend itself? What a joke. B. L. O. C. K. E. D.
