Can RBFU explain how these scammers were able to obtain information of an individual having an account with them? and a phone number as well?

They probably send it to random numbers like all the spam calls that dial any number hoping someone will pick up. I got a suspicious text but I have no affiliation with RBFCU so I knew it was a scam. Scammers probably figure enough people bank with them that if they send it to every number, they will reach a lot of people who will think it's real.
