Citialert Text Scam Messages - Cards Blocked or Suspended

Scammers are sending the Citibank text scam alerts below to potential victims, claiming their card has been blocked due to security reasons or unauthorised transactions. The fake text alerts contain links that go to phishing websites looking like Citibank's website. On the phishing websites, visitors will be asked to sign in and submit their personal information. But, if they do so, their information will be sent to scammers who will use it fraudulently.
