Scammers are sending NHS scam text messages like the one below from 07726332696 to potential victims, asking them to click a link that goes to requestpcrtestkit.com, a fake NHS website. The NHS text scams falsely claim the recipients have been in close contact with a person who has contracted the Omicron variant and ask them to click a link to order a test kit via a fake, fraudulent, and phishing NHS website.

The fake NHS website will ask visitors to enter their personal and financial information to purchase a test kit.

But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers, who will use it fraudulently.
Therefore, if you have been tricked into disclosing your financial information by the NHS scam text, please contact your bank for help.
