Scammers are sending PayPal Bitcoin scam email below with an attached PDF to potential victims. The PayPal email scam claims potential victims have purchased Bitcoins via Coinbase using their PayPal accounts and asks them to call telephone number 1-800-617-4873 if they did not make the transaction.
