I too was scammed. I didn't think this was fraudulent because my friend got an incredible deal on Isle paddleboard...not as good as this deal, but a good deal nonetheless. Buyer beware. I will try to get my money back through my CC.

I too fell for this. I made the order Aug 26 and thought it's legit as payment was handled by Paypal to below 'merchant'.

Payment to:

BIAN PING LLC

huojiandui501@163.com

I've sent emails (noted on my order confirmation to decerjnathan@gmail.com and

qaz1wsx2edc3rfv4@gmail.com) asking when inflatable SUP will be shipped but no response. I've since disputed the charge thru by credit card company.

PayPal receipt lists leimocoffee@163.com

And appears on my statement as PAYPAL *CHENXING LC CH

Advertising ISLE SUP for what I thought were incredible end of season clearance prices. Now I know.

Am reporting via PayPal but not hoping for much.

Qiuxinag LLC via PayPal is how your online receipt may read (mine does). They charged my Amex with Paypal as the vehicle. I don't really understand how that part happened, but I am challenging the charge via Amex.

I fell for this scam too. When I tried to dispute it with PayPal, the seller posted a UPS tracking number for a package weighing 0.7 pounds which I never received. PayPal denied my dispute and they don't seem to care that the package weighed so little for a stand-up paddleboard and accessories.

PayPal is refunding my money. You need to call UPS and tell them what happened, give them your info and the fraudulent tracking number and they will soon see that it was NOT sent to you or your address. They will then tell you to have PayPal call them to confirm that this was fraud. UPS would not confirm, but it seems that these Chinese scammers have hacked UPS to get these tracking numbers sent to your city. Also, the fake "ISLE" website was really good, ISLE was probably hacked too and their web code stolen. This is a pretty sophisticated scam.
