Is Ringtones32 a Scam? Ringtones 32 Text Messages

If you have received the Danish Ringtones32 text message below, which claims you have subscribed to RingtonesX for $50, appears to be a scam. A lot of online users have received the same message and claimed they have never subscribed or signed up with Ringtones32 or RingtonesX. Ringtones32 allows visitors to download ringtones, but all the ringtones that I have tried to download are free. So, why are people getting these subscription text messages?

Got a message in the middle of the night saying: "Tak. Du abonnerer pa Ringtonedk for 250 DKK/pr uge. Til opsigelse Ringtonesdk.com/sr4TEX9."
I NEVER subscribed to ANY ringtones EVER. The message came from Ringtonedk
The text is danish (poor danish) saying that I have signed up for a subscription for ringtones for the amount of about 50$ pr. week (WHO WOULD EVER DO THAT?) And that I can unsubscribe following the link. (Which obviously is malicious)

Hi, this is now also spreading in Sweden but is referred to as ringtones48 and the claim you subscribed to a service for 500SEK/week.

My youngest daughter has received the message also.
The first time she entered the link in the message, it was written that she was subscribed.
Than she opened the same link again, and she could read that she was not subscribed.
My daughter is 15, so she didn't thik that it could be a spam.
So far no demmage.
