Just received one of those calls. It was from 855-518-1681. Using the name Pam and yet a man said he would look up my case. He said I owed money to to a company and I told him that I would check with the company. Then he told me that they had my case now and the only thing I could do is pay them. I told him to send me a copy of the loan and the paperwork with my signature on it and I will contact the company that they said I owed. Then I was told that since I requested that I will face the full amount that I owed instead of the thousand dollars instead of the minimum amount they were going to let me pay. He never would say what I owed nor was he going to send me a copy of my signature on anything.

This number has called repeatedly and now text. It is illegal for a collections agency to try and contact you by text. Verification MUST be done by CERTIFIED MAIL. However this group has been reported as a scammer multiple times. Reporting yet again.
