Royal Mail Damaged Parcel Scam - Pay for Delivery Calls

Scammers are attempting to steal their potential victims' personal and financial information by calling them and claiming their parcel has been damaged. The calls are automated or robocalls that say the recipients' parcel has been damaged and they must pay for delivery due to the damage. If you receive the same calls, please do not follow the instructions in them, just hang up. Remember, Royal Mail will never call and ask for credit card or other confidential information over the phone.
