Cranehast located at cranehast.com is a fake online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Do not buy anything from these crooks. They are a complete scam and can't be reached. Had to reach out to UPS and PayPal and was finally able to get my money back.
Same. Paypal denied my claim after being sent a fake tracking number for a package significantly lighter than the product that I ordered. Paypal resolution center is bad.
Call the shipper (in my case it was UPS) and verify it was not sent to your name and address first. Then contact PayPal and ask them to verify this information was incorrect through the shipper. Also, let them know that you know there is a forum on PayPal's site concerning this scam. They refunded my money when we got scammed by them.
I looked it up and apparently it's been conveniently deleted...no record whatsoever. Kinda makes you wonder.
I placed an order for a table but I did not receive a confirmation. I tried to contact the seller and there was no response to my emails. I tried to call and received the message "At the customer request, this line does not accept incoming calls". I contacted PayPal while the transaction was still pending and was told I could not cancel it for 30 days even though I reported it as a scam. The item has not been received so I filed a dispute with Pay Pal and the seller provided a fake UPS tracking number. The tracking number gives the details that a package was delivered that weighed 2.7 lbs. but like I said I ordered a table, there is no way it weighed 2 pounds. Still waiting to hear from PayPay on wether they are going to give me my money back.
