They are a base for all kinds of fraudulent tentacle companies. MADISON ETHAN is also an online antique store that runs their scam through thirdlet. BUYER BEWARE, they will STEAL your MONEY. I received no responses from their in house email system… because they are thieves.
Thirdlet.com is one of many fake websites set up by this scammer to defraud people. He defeats PayPal' buyer prorection/resolution process by somehow generating fake usps tracking info which shows items as delivered. Im guessing he has a conspiritor who works for usps. That, or he has hacked usps
Ordered a bike, paid 103usd for it, didn't receive anything. I got an old tracking number from usps with an older delivery date. PayPal is not replying to my inquires if someone was able to get money back please do tellThanks
This has happened to me too! Same purchase, same amount. I have no idea what to do now. I submitted my complaint to paypal but it says it will take a month for them to contact me.
I had the same exact problem, would sum1 like to help me get my money back. I payed 104 usd for a pro scooter n never received it.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Wow exact same issue! UPS won't even give me proof of delivery since the tracking I received was for a package shipped from AMAZON to someone else's name in my area! Paypal is supporting these frauds and making it difficult for buyers to get the money back. If it helps, I was able to message them in their Contact us section and asked to open a case and I have been trying to make them understand that this is a scam.
okay so I talked to paypal. this is what you need to do. You need to go to UPS.com contact by email. ask them to confirm if the tracking number (the one given to you) was sent to your name and your address. You don't want them to tell you confidential info to where the package actually WENT but you have the right to know if tracking shows your name and address (which it doesn't) so you'll get an email hopefully form UPS saying that it doesn't match your address provided and that's all you need for PayPal to refund your money.
Thank you! I'll look into it - as I feel for this as well!
hey there It also happened to me. I called ups they are not able to provide us with more info since our address doesn't match what the seller had. we now know we got scammed. UPS told me that PayPal has to call them to verify if tracking number matches our address. so make sure to do that with PayPal keep trying let me know If you have luck
I submitted info to PayPal online for frad, and got a quick reply that says "We've contacted David Morgan. We're waiting for David Morgan's response. We reviewed the case you filed and have contacted the seller for more information." I too got a USPS tracking number that said it was delivered on June 24, 2020, but my purchase was made on July 4. So hopefully PayPal can take appropriate action. I hope they can put these people in jail asap.
