Online users are advised to stay away from the fraudulent online store because those who have shopped from it, run the risk of their personal, credit card and other payment processing information getting stolen by cybercriminals and used fraudulently.

this company is nothing but scammers. I ordered an impact drill and received 5 paper masks after waiting 2 months. When I questioned them about it they claimed there was a mix up in shipping and agreed to resend. After never receiving the item I contacted again and they claim I received it. When I threatened to turn them in they said they wer sorry I was unhappy with my purchase (which I never received). Some if the emails were hard to understand as they weren’t complete sentences. They then only offered to refund 60% of my money. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and PayPal refunded my full amount.
I did order tool box and got mask instead, wtf. I paid 60.00 dollar ...
I though I was buying a saw. This was my first time having this happen. Thankful for PayPal.
I thought I was buying a drill. Instead JianXin Xing stole my money & now has a lot of my personal info! On top of that my phone seems like it has been hacked since I placed the order. I reviewed the confirmation email & it had my IP address on it. WTF!?
Last week I placed an order and Monday I received an email from them informing me that payment was received and my order was shipped. They left me a link with tracking information and an ETA. Will check tracking maybe tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed. I will update asap.
I have made a purchase. Emailed them as I made I wanted to cancel. I was told I would be given a full refund and now the item is shipping with no tracking or a 40% restocking fee... very unprofessional and shady. Now the last two emails I received are not even legitimate and complete sentences.Now that I demanded a refund I no longer receiving emails back. Do not shop at this place. I made the mistake once will not happen again. Luckily I shopped with a reloadable cc.
I have tried to purchase something from them, put in my cc and was told that it could not authorize the sale. But, they already have my cc information. Now what?
Could you block your card and ask your bank for a new card?
You cancel it and ask for a new card.
What do I do when I have already made a so called purchase
You open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
