Is Helioshd a Scam? See the Review of the Bracelet Store

Definitely appears to be a scam. They sent wrong bracelet; required me to return to a Finland address ($15 postage) which was crossed out and returned to me as if the company and address don't exist. Package opened and inspected by Homeland Security. Hmm. I received nice, prompt emails prior to my return but when it came back and I wrote, no answer. Yes, I'd say they are a scam.

I also had a long delay but found them very helpful when I persevered.
Now it has finally arrived, I am very happy with the product

Avoid HeliosHD. I ordered a necklace that never arrived. When I contacted HeliosHD they refused to take responsibility for failing to deliver.
I wasted AU$68 with no refund.

I ordered what I thought was the bracelet with the big beautiful turquoise stone. In my receipt,( which the photo was so small, Ididnt see the switch) they showed a much different bracelet....not the big beautiful TURQUOISE stone. The order took 2 months to arrive and it was the cheap bracelet that they pictured on my receipt. So, IT WAS A DELIBERATE SWITCH. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 2 bracelets in July and I have not received them. I have emailed twice asking status and once asking to cancel the order. I have not heard anything back. I hope this is not a scam.

I also bought online a bracket from this company. After several months they did reply and apologise for the delay. However when it arrived the bracelet is of very poor quality and cheap.

I would like to try to contact company but can't locate contact info. I bought as a gift for about $50 but looks like about $10.

I ordered on May 31. Still haven’t received. Tracking it and it’s been in California since July 31. I think that tracking is bogus.

I ordered three in mid June and I finally received them today, August 26.

I had to email them in July and they replied back with the information on the tracking numbers. The bracelets were on a ship for over a month. They showed up today in small white package envelopes. It does take a long time to receive them.

Email them directly, and you should get an answer by tomorrow evening.

I ordered a lovely bracelet on 02 June 2020 and have still not received it by 10 August.Not impressed.

A scam took 2 months to receive two cheaply made bracelets. Never got the 3rd. They are made in China and should sell for about $2. Oh they don't give refunds

I'm waiting to see. Despite they're saying it's manufactured in London, the package was shipped from China and then to CA. It's very cheaply made so I sent it back. I'm waiting for refund. Will update when that happens. BTW - had to ship to Helsinki, Finland. So much for London

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID! I wish I had seen other reviews first before spending a lot of money for a piece of junk that was even damaged. I tried to contact them before even receiving the item to cancel, but they wouldn't respond to my email. Now that I have a piece of very junky, damaged jewelry, do you think they will respond? I sure don't. This is so sad. They claim offices in London, etc. but it's all coming from China. Scam.

yes I ordered for granddaughters birthdays..got email been shipped 6-20-2020 still nothing and says tracking number doesn't exsist as of 8-6-2020..

Waited two months and was very disappointed with the quality of the product: cheap materials and poor workmanship. Rip off.

They seem to be a scam. They charge your credit card, and won't ship your order. They are very difficult to deal with. After two months, I contacted them to let them know that I have not received the order and I wish to cancel my order and receive a refund. They refused to give me a refund. Do not order from them.

This stuff sounds so good when you read the descriptions, but it ships from China about 12 weeks after you order it.

They won't cancel orders after you realize you have been had, and then if you request a return it has to be sent to FINLAND where it will, I'm sure, sit for another 12 weeks while they try to figure out a way to not refund the purchase.

I also ordered a bracelet from Helioshd over a month ago and have never received it. After trying to reach out to them by email they informed me my package was on its way, but I've yet to receive it
This I believe is a scam. I won't order anything online anymore unless it's ordered from Amazon.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. Won't bore you with the details but 2 months after purchase my package was not received so I requested a refund. It was denied because it had been more than 30 days from the date of purchase! They stated that the item I requested had become back ordered so they were shipping it now. Funny thing is, they sent me a shipping notification with tracking number over a month ago. Dishonest, disreputable, and unethical!

This experience has taught me to do more research on e-stores before purchasing from them! I saw an ad of theirs on instagram and fell in love with the necklace in their ad and I had to have it. I ordered several including bracelets and after receiving the confirmation mail I patiently waited the amount of time they told me to to receive a tracking number for the shipping confirmation. I waited and waited and the deadline passed and they were ignoring my emails so with that I immediately filed a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. Of course they responded to me once I filed the claim lol. They finally sent me a tracking number and the shipping was snail pace.

After waiting a month and a half I finally received my items! Unfortunately, one of the necklaces they sent me wasn't the one I ordered! It took them this long to send my things and they couldn't even get the order right? I like the necklaces and bracelets I got. They're pretty but definitely not worth the amount of money I spent on them. Like the chains on 2 of the necklaces look very filmsy too.

Of course I won't be doing any business with them in the future and I recommend you to stay away from them as well. I found the necklaces I bought a lot cheaper in other stores so I feel ripped off. Also, I doubt they're donating the money from their sales to the charity they claim to be helping. Just another scam to rob people's money. And as many people already mentioned, their products are not made in London like they say, they're from China! Don't do business with them, it's not worth it!

This is a scam. I am still waiting for bracelets ordered and paid for in May. Was attracted to them to help Animal relief efforts In Australia.

This is a total scam. Do not fall for it. Merchandise comes from China, not London. They will refuse to give you a refund. Still waiting for my order months later.

Definitely a horrible scam. I waited months and sent an email. I them received the items 2 weeks later. They are plastic. The "stones" and "leather" are all plastic which is so toxic smelling that I threw them out.

I ordered four things from heliosHD. I did receive and like three of them. The fourth item was supposed to be a moonstone bracelet but I got an ugly necklace instead. After five emails back and forth and one hassle after another I was forced to pay S/H to return their mistake to get reimbursed for the bracelet. I cancelled the bracelet. Let’s see if they can get this right.

Total scam. NOT handmade in England. Made in China. After 54 days still don’t have product. Disputed the charge on my credit card. Total scammers!

For those waiting, it took me two months to get my jewelry. I contacted them multiple times since tracking wasn’t updating but today I checked the mailbox and I had a small package I wasn’t expecting. There it was! The jewelry! Just so you’re aware, it is definitely cheap jewelry but it will come.

I got caught in this scam too! This company is dishonest, they don't deliver and continue lying to you every time you contact them. DO NOT BUY from this company!

I'm another that got caught in this web. I ordered in May and received a shipping notice a couple of weeks later. As others said, I saw it was being shipped from China, not London as noted on their site. Per their shipping instructions, I should have received my product by the end of June. I waited a week after the expected date and asked where my order was. They said the pandemic was upsetting their normal shipping.

I waited a couple of weeks and started poking around the web and found this site. I decided to cancel the order, namely because I was concerned that even if I got the order, it would not be what was advertised. They kept fighting me saying they couldn't cancel as it was too late and that my order would be shipped on July 15. So the shipping notice in June was not really a shipping notice, even though it stated my item was "in transit". They tried to explain that off as well.

I got the credit card company involved and HeliosHD finally said they would refund. We'll see.

I also ordered in May and I couldn’t figure out what was taking so long. I actually just got my shipment today, July 16th. The jewelry definitely looks cheap though lol

Yes I ordered a bracelet and they took the money from my visa account on the 3rd June and I have still not received the bracelet

They are fraudulent and illegal in their practices. I ordered bracelets 6 weeks ago that haven’t been shipped yet. I am trying to refund my money through the credit card company. They do not operate in good faith and they are scammers. P

Don’t buy from this company. Products are vastly inferior to what is pictured in their ads and on Facebook. My Bracket order took two months to arrive from China. The tracking number they provide didn’t work until the items reached the US. I could handle that but I was so disappointed in what I received. The colors of the beading were different, the stone was different and this, overall it was ugly and of very poor quality.
They will “consider” refunding your money after you provide them with proof of purchase (no invoice was provided in the package) and you ship it to Finland.
Don’t buy from this company. Please.

They sent me a tracking # after waiting weeks. Turns out it was fake and it never shipped, even though my order shows it shipped.
Emailed them about it and they said it is still in the process of being made since they ran out due to a huge request for orders. Well their website says that they are selling out inventory. Having inventory doesn't mean you have to wait for it to be made. These people are a joke and a big time scam. Don't waste your time or money.

Whilst I waited several weeks for my order to arrive, ordered approx end of May, I was happy with my purchase and the immediate response to my email regarding my order.

Took four months for the crystal necklace to arrive from China not made in UK as advertised. It is plastic. Probably worth about $5. I will keep it as a reminder of how stupid I was to get taken in by advertising that was a huge discount to get rid of stock, they only set up their site in January. The FB info on them doesn’t say they met legitimate business criteria. Personally I don’t believe a penny goes to help wildlife harmed by the fires in Australia.

I have contacted them and was told that it takes 12 days for them to make the bracelet and 7-12 days for shipping. It has been over a month since I purchased it so even at their worst-case scenario it’s beyond that. I’m not sure if it is a scam or not but definitely not a company that I will ever deal with again. I got a tracking number about a week after I ordered which was originated in China but doesn’t track anything and when I contacted them 3 weeks later they said it hasn’t shipped yet and they will send me a tracking number when it does. I replied I received a tracking number 3 weeks ago that doesn’t show any information and she said that was a pre-tracking number, whatever that is supposed to mean. I told her I wanted a refund and she said they couldn’t do it once it’s been ordered and I could send it back once I get it if I don’t like it and they will refund it within 30 days of the order date. It’s already been over 30 days since I ordered it and she said she was so sorry. Buyer beware!!
