April 9th 2020 I ordered a sewing machine got a tracking number have not received the product yet ,can't reach anyone at all to talk , or receive a reply when u text it's a shame this false company can get online and falsify products to sell to people. G.G

I disputed it with my direct express and they ruled in their favor! I ordered a bike and got a little figurine!

"I ordered a bike under the site named ‘Metastore.club” they provided a tracking number but when the product arrived it was a small plastic toy. I am in the process of disputing the charge."

I started my order looking for threats in the web site with Norton service and does not report any suspicious activity. I place an order for a generator setting the payment with Paypal, after a while a did not get any tracking number or order number, until Paypal send me the tracking number, after several hours I was able to see the tracking number and was delivered on 4/8/20 when my order was placed on 4/9/20. I set a complaint with PayPal and the case was closed right away. No money back! Now my question is how these scammers could trick Norton and Paypal security systems? Hard to figure it out he!

Same what happened to me, I order basketball rim and board. Thru Paypal also, I asked Paypal why they can’t do anything where is the protection?
They just closed the case. They knew who collected the money from the bank they paid it so they can refund it, why they can’t do anything.

I have the same issue. I used Paypal. The scammers have found a way to skirt the system. Paypal is just going by what they've been sent. The sellers never do respond, just to Paypal. They remain hidden from the scammed buyer.

The money was put back into my account today. Thanks American Express! I will certainly do my research now before ordering.

I have sent numerous emails to groversibylwcbkjf-yahoo.com and 1 to JefferyAWaters-outlook.com. No response from either party. No merchandise, no refund.

TOTAL SCAM! They create a USPS tracking number to make you think your product has been shipped. Then you receive a plastic frog. Their contact name, phone and address are also not legit. Cancel your credit card ASAP!

They sent me a plastic Frog too. I am going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

paid through Paypal nothing received but they did get my money! should have known "too good to be true" good ole fashion western justice needed with these folks...stay away and heed "too good to be true "!!

Wish I would have seen this before I ordered from them! I ordered a camera from them but when I didn't get a notice saying they had received my order or that it was shipped I got concerned. I contacted them and they provided PayPal with a tracking number. The number when pulled up showed that my item was delivered on 4/110/20 I hadn't even places the order until 4/11/20. Thats when I knew I had been scammed. PayPal refuses to give my money back even after I told them to take a closer look at delivery time and order time. I'm fed up with both companies.

I ordered a bunk bed and I received a usps tracking number which is not real.
The money was taken through PayPal. I’ve never received the bed and Mata stores page no longer exist.
The scam is they purchase a usps label for a few dollars update PayPal with it but that’s it.
There’s no product shipping to you😡

I also was scammed and didn't receive the hoverboard for my son; PayPal denied my dispute saying it was delivered to me and I haven't received anything. Has PayPal denied anyone else? So IDK how to get my money back.

I knew immediately I was scammed. They send a package with a tiny toy. Luckily I paid with PayPal.

I just sent him $83 and received a yellow rope necklace when I was supposed to receive an electronic soundbar these people are straight scam and I will do everything I can to shut this stupid website down I have sent them several emails I have not received not one reply this is the worst website I have ever purchased from and I will never do business with these people again and I hope that everybody else feels the same way scout

I got a tracking number linked to a delivered purchase that was not mine showing the item was delivered on the day I made the purchase... Not optimistic.

Apparently, USPS is awaiting the item in Chino CA...since April 9 ....I'm still going to continue my dispute with my payment

I received a little toy figure today

I bought a 4 gallon case of 30% vinegar at at decent price from them through PayPal. Immediately had buyers remorse after reading bad reviews about them. Emailed them requesting order confirmation and they replied through PayPal with a USPS tracking number that turned out to be bogus. Reported problem to PayPal. Matastore again replied that I needed to give shipping until April 14 to deliver. No vinegar yet but PayPal is good about refunding scams.

Scam! Like others never received confirmation or tracking information but money was taken right away. Paid through PayPal and it isn't showing in my PayPal activity.

Was also scammed! Ordered a bike and they took the money right away never received a confirmation number or tracking number! The website is gone now and the phone number is no good!

I started out looking for a bike on the Walmart, ended up with this fake company, have to call my bank on Monday...wow, I hope I can undo this, some language in Arabic...I'm freaking p*ssed!

I did fall in this scam also, I reported to pay pal yesterday April 10th, I haven't received a notice yet, I will try my bank on Monday, not sure if going to get my money back

He has removed the email address from the site now. I am contacting the Consumer Protection Bureau. The card I used was pre-paid and they cannot stop that transaction from becoming authorized. He would have to stop it but he won’t even answer an email. I wish I would’ve checked the company first. No wonder the prices were so “unreal”. Unlawful.

Fell into the same scam with a few JUGS Pro Style Batting Tees...Was sent an email with tracking number and everything and when I checked tracking number, the number was for something that was delivered from California to my location weeks prior....Hope we all recoup money lost and they see justice.

Ordered a ice freezer two weeks ago, never received a confirming email. Made a several “contact us” inquiries - no answer! The phone number is invalid and the address listed is to an apartment complex. This place is such a fraud. Contacted PayPal to dispute the charges.

I used my birthday money to purchase a bicycle from this place and never received my tracking number either through email like it says on the shipping information page on their website I tried contacting them every way I could and no response and none of the emails or phone numbers were valid they took all of my birthday money only birthday and this was so.ething I been wanting to buy for quite some time. its pretty f***ked up that these people can steal mo ey right now or ever from people who are in this struggle from covid19.I am devastated right now and I want justice

Hi. I ordered a 40lb bag of rice from this store. I never received an email confirmation. The email listed on the website is fake. The entire website is a scam.

I do not remember specifically how I found the website. I picked out items and put them on hold and continued shopping. I looked at several other items and decided to order.
I made two separate orders. About 3 hours later I read an email only one of the orders had been confirmed. The email said the funds would be taken when the item was shipped.
I tried going batons the website to see why only one item was ordered. I could not find the website.
I went into my bank account and found funds were both removed for the two items I had ordered.
I did find a lot of websites wanting me to pay for them to assist me in getting my money back. Fortunately, I called my bank and they are assisting me.
