Flame Jazz located at engraving-machine.myshopify.com is an untrustworthy online Shopify or Myshopify store claiming to sell dumbbell sets, electric cars, power tools, medical masks, and other products. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Yeah... They got me too! I ordered an propane fireplace. I thought it was too good to be true but since the payment is through PayPal I thought it was legit. I'm out $99 as this point. I reached out to PayPal and my bank and both have told me to reach out to the seller which I have emailed twice with no response. Today I received an email saying that it had been shipped but when I click on the link, it goes nowhere. (Better than a virus, I guess) Lesson learn. I'll continue to battle PayPal to get my payment back.
bought 4/7 still haven’t received it. Emailed them 2x they keep saying be patient. The site is down to view the order. The total scam just don’t know how to get my money back
Same deal on the dumbbells. Ordered 4/6, site down 4/7, received ship notification afternoon of 4/7. From China. If anything shipped, its definitely counterfeit.

Same thing here, ordered 4/4 and still haven’t received anything. I contacted them a few times, told them I was disputing the charge with my credit card company, they said they were a legit company and that the package is on its way that the website is slow to update. Low and behold today the tracking was updated after a month of not being updated!
Totally, totally, absolutely, totally bullsh**t! Not real. They change the store name and take your money!
Ordered the dumbbell set off a Facebook link as well. And I have contacted the bank we go through for a refund dispute and stop payment. I have everything I need to get this resolved. I hope you all get your money back. As it was a good deal people right now should not be getting scammed or anytime for that matter these people have nothing else better to do. Which sucks. Today my gf saw an IG add but for a different site (looks like Flame Jazz was taken down and now Gym-NastI put up in it's place) - looked like a great deal for the dumbbells as well but definitely shady.
