I ordered a folding cart/wagon for 9.99. And 12.99 shipping...after 2 months I got this email from bella@vipcservice.com:

Hi,

sorry for the late reply.

The item is in transit.

Your package will be sent to you shortly.

Due to the new coronavirus, flights are relatively reduced, and customs and logistics companies need to sterilize the package, which will take longer.

Would you please wait 15-20 days?

The tracking number is: 4205314492748927005374000016821375

Please use the following link to track shipping information:

https://www.17track.net/zh-cn

The logistics company I contacted said that they will send you the package as soon as possible. Please be patient and thank you for your understanding.

Wishing you and your family health.

Today I got a package with the exact same tracking number from HYSAN LLC it contained 2 soft side shoe storage bags...WTF? I was a gullible idiot.

I got scammed by this, whatever you want to call it. He or she was on a page I was looking up, and a bunch of adds came up and I thought the portable work bench looked good, so I bought one. I also looked at a few stores in my area, and the cheapest I could find was 80 bucks. I am sure this is the same person, different. URL, selling the garden sheds for less than a hundred bucks. Sam’s club had the same one in their store for 799.00. I usually never fall for this stuff, but it got me. I paid thru Paypal, and they are no help on getting my money back.

Ordered "High Quality Lounge with Cushion" (Image of swing seat for the garden.)

Received a small piece of foam labelled as a "Picnic mat" on the packaging. (Guess that means they can say a parcel was definitely delivered.)

Have changed my claim with Paypal from "Not Received" to "Not as described." and sent photos of order (In my email - their links conveniently stop working.) the packaging, foam and their tracking that show the "Lounge" was delivered today.

In the hands of Paypal now.

Wish I'd come here before ordering and read the reviews. If it seems too good to be true... Beware :/

Even if you pay with PayPal that doesn't mean you will get your money back. The scammers ship you something like a dusk mask so they can prove your item was shipped. PayPal then says your claim is denied. Going round and round with PayPal over this.
