Unfortunately I’ve had similar experiences. Ordered in March 2020. Got shipping confirmation. Received email due to COVID experiences delays. I understood COVID would delay things. Emailed in April requested update. Requested USPS asked where package was. USPS said they were backlogged but had it. Wait again it’s May. Contact Science mart. They still won’t get back to me. USPS finally sent email to me apologizing saying tracking was wrong never received it. Contact seller. So yep total scam. I can’t get my $ back because it’s been too long and Science Mart is not returning emails. There is no customer service number. Don’t trust them!
I too saw this company on Facebook and placed an order (a jewelry set) with Sciencemart on March 10, 2020. They were offering a super good deal on cute jewelry claiming that this was a closeout sale. My credit card was charged right away. On April 18, 2020, I received a message that the order has shipped and was expected to arrive in 7-10 days. I attributed the delay to the times of COVID-19, and was glad the order was coming. When it did not show up, I wrote to Sciencemart - three times on 5/11, 5/12, and 5/14 - on the third time threatening to report fraud. On 5/15, someone by the name Michelle responded, was very apologetic, brought up various delays and said that if the order did not show up in a week, they will either refund or send me a new set, whichever I preferred. I waited, nothing came, I wrote again asking for a new shipment - no response. Wrote again asking for a refund, and have not heard anything since. Since then, I have determined that the jewelry they were purported to sell is really made by a Belgian company by https://www.sciencejewelry1824.com. It is much more expensive and definitely quality. Having never received the shipment, I do not think Sciencemart sells counterfeit, it is just a scam.
I have not received a reply to inquiries about my order. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now. My credit card has been charged. Science Mart is not returning calls or e-mails. I found this company on Facebook and made my purchase on March 10, 2020. Today is March 27, 2020.
