Comouna located at comouna.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell women's and men's apparel, power tools, and other products. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I had a very similar problem ordering an air conditioner weighing about 50 lb. They sent me a tracking number, but it was bogus (https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&tracknum=1Z8Y80950329612721&requester=ST/trackdetails). It listed the weight as 1.6 lb. I checked with the UPS dispatcher who told me the package was from Amazon and sent to a person and address I never heard of. I filed a claim with PayPal.
