Holapick located at holapick.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell dresses, shoes, and accessories. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I never ordered, but I did look. Now they email me 3 times a day. They are intrusive, relentless creeps. Don't expect an "unsubscribe"...or workable email, either.One email told me their clothing is made in America, Australia, and Africa. SURE!Another email told me the clothing is made in Hongkong. Whoops, were they supposed to reveal that!
I too ordered and paid for two dresses. I received an email saying the order had been despatched and given a tracking number which goes nowhere!
I ordered several items from Holapick, total amount around $95.00(U.S. paid with VISA card). They immediately started sending me unusual e-mails. I became suspicious and decided I should check out their reputation. What I discovered alarmed me. Within hours I cancelled my order via e-mail, I called their customer service # (GOT A RECORDED MESSAGE) and cancelled my order on that number.THERE WAS NO ADDRESS TO WRITE TO. I also contacted Regions Bank, told them I had cancelled the order and asked them not to charge my credit card. They said XINYING (HONG KONG) was the biller. Within a few weeks I received a package which I did not open but returned to the post office to be returned to the sender. The package was smaller than would be expected for what I had ordered. Now I discover that the e-mail I had sent them for cancellation went into my draft file.I have attempted to resend the request for cancellation. Regions Bank says I PLACED THE ORDER AND THAT RETURNS DEPEND ON THE BUSINESS'S POLICIES. The Holapick ads say "Most items have a 30-day return". I POINTED OUT THAT I CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHIN HOURS. Now I've been told to wait for a letter from Regions. HOLAPICK IS A SCAM COMPANY. XINYING IS A SCAM COMPANY. (Also, from other letters written I can say that PAYPAL IS A SCAM COMPANY.)
I am trying to send an email, it does't go through . it has been over a month that I ordered 6 items and never received them and I can not even reach them so dissepointed . very bad company. they are thiefs.I wish we can all get lawyer and get these thiefs out of business of stealing peoples money

Yes, total scam. Ordered the product finally arrived months later and it was c**p. Wish.com quality higher priced. Sizes are off by three or four sizes. When you go for a return they say "we'll give you $25 to keep it." The cost to return it was $90. You can't use a courier, has to be post and has to have a tracking number. Garbage company taking advantage of people. My daughter saved her money and bought cloths that are useless and doesn't have the money to return them. They are throw away. It would be embarrassing to give the clothes to anyone, they are that bad.Really sad.

Products come from China where my VISA card was used. BAD COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER.
