I also ordered a PS5 and up till now I still haven't received it. how do we go about getting out money back from our banks? Surely these re the checks are bank cards should be making no? Does FNB bank support online transactions?

I ordered a ps5 on the 27th of November, nothing has been delivered. Requested for a refund nothing has been received as yet. Their phone goes to voicemail.

Hi, I also ordered from them a xbox one and then found out its a scam, I tried to get a refund from Standard Bank but was advised that the account has been emptied and that I should try and get my money bank via a criminal case.

If you paid via eft on the webpage try calling yoco.com they have frozen the account. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back and good luck, craycart are pigs and thieves

Jerr! These Craycart is definitely a scam I ordered Smeg Toaster on 29/11/2020 and till today I have not received it. I tried several times to send emails to check progress with no luck.

I have the same issue. Waiting to find out when my order will be delivered. I ordered on 29 Nov. They are not responding to my emails, the website is down and the number goes to voicemail but the voicemail box is full so you can't even leave a message.
