Just received a text asking me to pay £2.99 to re-schedule a delivery from the Royal Mail. The tracking number provided was for a parcel delivered in November last year to an address in Coventry. This was the number the text was sent from

44 7734 373616.

I have received a text which I think is fake, giving me a tracking number JA620582347GB

This has to be a fake, as no name or address are given :

Royal Mail: Your package has a £2.99 unpaid shipping fee. To pay this NOW please visit: https://royal.mail-delivery-gb181192.com/

It was from

44 7425 282848

How can this kind of thing be stopped
