Guess what, I did too! I feel stupid about not checking it out before. You know that old saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" Although I am beating myself up about this, I have found other letters from people that also used a Capital One before my issue, they requested the fraud division investigate and deny any further charges to the company to no avail. Had Capital One acted appropriately, my charge would have been denied. I am probably going to take Capital One to small claims court over this. They say I received my shed because I have a shipping label. The only problem is the label is for a shipment weighing .040 kg which means 1.410959 oz. Lightweight shed, huh! Truly a scam, boy do I feel stupid!
I brought and item order 2231 since August 12 2019 and I never receive it. I paid $177.00. I want my money back and I dont know how to do.
They are a scam. Charged me 192.00 and never received the shed. Then I had to go to my bank because they sent my bank a letter that we received it. Never received. The only thing we received were hang up hooks from Hong Kong. Please be careful when you order online. I will definitely check a company out before I order and will make sure it says USA.
They bill HUNGHOM HKG or that's how I found it on my credit card. I locked the card so no future charges can get thru.
The items on this website are obviously priced too good to be true! When they offer a $1000 shed for $149, there is obviously something wrong! There is no mention ANYWHERE on there web page about it being a trusted, secure store, and I would stay WAY AWAY from this, and any other store offered on Facebook, they're mostly ALL SCAMMS!
Yep, got me, called my card to cancel
I am in the same order situation. I will black payment on my credit card.
Through Facebook, I found an offer for a garden house for $ 178.00, it seemed very affordable, so I bought it. Shortly thereafter, I received a duly confirmed order and a notice of its shipment to my address within 7-11 days 3 days to process the order. The delivery deadline has not yet expired, but I noticed that the next day the WEB site of the company that sold me the purchased home and their WEB site were gone. It was then that I realized that I was deceived. I do not know what to do? Should I change my Vissa card from which I gave them the information?
Yes, cancel the card and get a new one.
Through Facebook, I found a quote for a garden cottage for $ 178.00, so I bought and paid for it. I received a neat order confirmation and a shipping notice within 7-11 days 3 days to process my order. The deadline has not yet expired, but the ad and the website have disappeared. It was then that I realized that I was deceived. I do not know what to do? Should I change my Visa card from which I provided the fraudsters with this information?
It is recommended you do so. And, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
