Got burned at www.timamady.com. Email: service6@vinayotap.comPlaced an order for a bike, then did some research because the price seemed way to good to be true. And sure enough, they aren't a legitimate business. I tried to cancel the order before it was processed but they still went ahead and charged my cedit card. I've tried to email them but get no reply.
I purchased a model car through service3@vinayotap.com. They said payment was denied (I have excellent credit). I went ahead and ordered from another company. THEN I get an email confirmation saying they have taken the amount from my credit card. I immediately sent an email telling them to cancel my order and refund my money. They emailed me back saying the order had already been shipped and could not stop it. Since then I have sent them 3 emails and have not received the item and the charge is on my credit card statement. I have waited weeks and weeks to get this resolved to no avail.Please do not do business with this company.
I purchased items on a website in Octobre and never received a package yet.I emailed the costumer service at service16@vinayotap.com and received a response for a tracking number for my package. I decided To call my bank today and report this online service and perhaps frauduleus company. I am waiting for the bank To call back with a report on the online service and purchase, and missing items .
