Very unhappy. After paying for chocs and postage I was then charged import duty ... $70 became $140!My fault for not researching more thoroughly, but I now know the same chock were available at a cheaper price with free delivery!
Dissatisfied customer here! It took them over a week to ship my order and then it got "stuck" at the carrier for another 2 weeks. I called, I emailed, and all fell on deaf ears, until I threatened to dispute the credit card charge. All of the sudden, I got all kinds of excuses about "junk mail folders" and "customs" wanting more money. Of course, this only came after 6 emails to both this SwissMade Direct and the shipping company, and hours on hold on the phone. This morning came their threat that "Note: If you do not pay this VAT and custom taxes and your order will be sent back to us, there will be no refund!" Well, all I've been through with this order, an extra 30% is simply not reasonable. Please keep my money and the goods. I'll keep my sanity.
