They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

I purchased children's item on one of their many sites. Tracing the path of the package at a certain point was delivered but I did not receive anything.I wrote to customer service and was told that they were checking. Obviously vague and inconclusive answers.
