Lawsuit Scam - "US Federal Law and FDCPA Legal Proceedings"

I have been receiving emails from a company called ACS. Today I received the legal notice that you described above. I have forwarded you the email I received. The funniest thing is the first email I received from them they have the last 4 of my SS number wrong. These companies need to be shut down, I can't imagine the number of people that actually send them money!
