Please see the suspicious emails below that were sent to us asking us to pay for an order that was shipped to us. But, according to our account, the item has been paid for, so why are we receiving these emails? The suspicious emails claim our order was shipped, but after an hour, a second email claims our order was canceled at the marketplace due to an unknown technical glitch. We have not clicked on any links or contacted anyone.
