Recipients of the phishing email who have been tricked by it are asked to change their email account immediately before their accounts are hijacked and used fraudulently. If they are unable to change their passwords, they need to contact their email account providers.
Remember, never click on a link to sign into your email account. Always go directly to your account by typing the address to your webmail in your web browser, use a bookmark, or use the app on your mobile device. Doing this will prevent you from visiting a phishing website.
